2.General Terms and Conditions

TERMS OF DELIVERY AND SERVICE
We are not responsible for any customs duties due at your destination, as you are the party responsible for duties if applicable.
We are not responsible for any mistake you make in purchasing from Turkish companies and their websites.
Where the shipment is damaged and shipping insurance has not been ordered, the customer will not receive compensation.
Our responsibility starts when your items are delivered to us by the seller.
We are not responsible for any mistake you make in providing incorrect addresses.
In some cases, it will be your responsibility to collect the shipment from the nearest delivery center.
Storage Policy
If no new items are added and storage continues for a period longer than three months, then your items will be subject to disposal. 
Please contact us within the three-month period to avoid disposal.
Terms of Packaging
To continue please read and agree to the terms of service for repackaging:
The service includes tight and secure packaging.
When you instruct us to prepare your items for shipping​, our professionals will unpack and repack them tightly and securely for you as a new parcel to minimize the weight due to any excess packaging materials.
After packaging is complete, your items will be packaged as a single parcel containing all your items, or more as best practice dictates.
This process normally takes 1 to 3 business days, but this period may vary according to demand.
After the packaging, it is not possible for you to cancel the process or to ask for a refund under any circumstances.
Terms of Shipping Insurance
Any goods lost will be compensated according to the shipping carrier terms.
The goods invoice must show the true value of the goods shipped.
In any case of damage to the shipped goods, photos establishing the damage must be provided.
The contents of the shipment must be in compliance with international shipping regulations.
Where the shipment was shipped internationally and our shipping insurance service has not been ordered, the customer will be compensated the sum of 500 TL or its equivalent in their currency.
Where the shipment has been damaged by other carriers and our shipping insurance has not been ordered, the customer will not receive compensation.
The following are not included in the insurance:
High-value items, such as jewels or electronic equipment. 
Seizure or destruction of the shipment by customs authorities of the country of destination.
Loss or destruction due to other shipping couriers.
Purchases exceeding the value of 1,000.0 US Dollars or its equivalent in other currencies.
Insurance of foods permitted for shipping does not cover spoilage or melting.
Conditions for product exchange or refund from the seller:
the refunded amount from the seller will be added to your account.
Our shopping sites list is for information only, we have no connection with any site in it.
Your request determines what we shop for on your behalf, and we are not responsible for any error in that order.
If the seller refuses to exchange or refund your product, we will notify you.
For the refund to be credited to you it has to have been received from the seller.

Shipping Services: Our shipping company provides transportation services for goods to various destinations in Turkey and internationally. We will transport your packages to your chosen destination in a timely and efficient manner.
Delivery Times: We make every effort to ensure that your packages are delivered on time. However, we cannot guarantee delivery times due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions, customs delays, and traffic congestion.
Shipping Rates: Our shipping rates are based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your package. We reserve the right to adjust our rates at any time without notice.
Packaging: You are responsible for properly packaging your items to ensure that they are not damaged during transportation. We will not be responsible for any damage that occurs due to inadequate packaging.
Prohibited Items: We will not transport any illegal, hazardous, or prohibited items, as defined by Turkish and international laws and regulations.
Liability: Our liability for any loss, damage, or delay to your packages is limited to the lesser of the actual value of the package or TL 500. We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Insurance: We offer optional insurance coverage for your packages at an additional cost. If you choose to purchase insurance, our liability will be limited to the amount of insurance coverage you have purchased.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our shipping services, including but not limited to, claims arising from the transportation of prohibited items or inadequate packaging.
Governing Law: These terms of service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
Amendments: We reserve the right to amend these terms of service at any time without notice. Your continued use of our shipping services after any such amendments will constitute your acceptance of the amended terms.
